Jefferson Tea is currently the Founder & CEO at Agilis Health Inc., a Consulting Firm focused on strategic consulting and knowledge transfer in the biopharmaceutical and life science sector.
He has over 27 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry in Research & Development, Medical Affairs, Marketing & Sales, Patient Services and Market Access.
Until the end of 2024, Dr. Tea was previously Vice-President Medical, PSP & Regulatory Affairs at Takeda Canada for 12 years, and has held other leadership roles at Amgen, AstraZeneca and Pfizer at the Canadian and Global levels.
Dr. Tea holds a PhD in pharmacology and an MBA from the University of Montreal. In addition, he has completed C-Suite Level Advanced Leadership training programs from Rotman Business School (University of Toronto), AdMare BioInnovations Executive Institute (Vancouver, BC) and Columbia University Executive Institute (New-York, NY). Finally, he was on the Board of Directors of CATALIS (non-for-profit organization to optimize clinical research), Advisor for CDA (Canadian Drug Agency), PAAB (Pharmaceutical Advertising Advisory Board) and University of Toronto Rotman Business School. He is currently an Advisor of the Start-Up Accelerator Program at MaRS.

Stacy Finch brings over two decades of strategic expertise in medical education, communications, and stakeholder engagement across Canada’s leading pharmaceutical organizations. She spent the last twelve years at Takeda Canada, where she served as Director of Medical Communications, overseeing medical education across all therapeutic areas.
A recognized leader in the field, Stacy is known for forging high-impact partnerships and delivering innovative, compliance-driven programs that support healthcare professionals and improve patient outcomes. Her leadership has guided national initiatives that address clinical gaps in immunology, gastroenterology, and other specialties through impactful knowledge transfer.
Stacy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from McMaster University, which laid the foundation for her insightful approach to healthcare learning and behavior. Her dedication to excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and ethical innovation has earned her multiple industry accolades.
In her role at Agilis Health, Stacy is passionate about shaping patient-centered education programs that drive measurable, lasting benefits across the Canadian healthcare landscape.

Chris Czaniecki is Vice-President of Digital Strategy & Operations at Agilis Health, where he leads initiatives that drive digital innovation, operational excellence, and strategic planning across the biopharmaceutical sector. His work focuses on developing scalable, data-informed solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness, enable cross-functional alignment, and support impactful decision-making across the product lifecycle.
With over a decade of experience in the life sciences industry, Chris has led national efforts in digital enablement, insights generation, and field strategy optimization. He has played key roles new product planning processes, coaching and training medical field teams, and embedding agile methodologies to streamline internal operations and accelerate execution.
Chris is known for his ability to translate complex challenges into pragmatic strategies that drive measurable outcomes. At Agilis Health, he brings a collaborative, future-focused approach to help clients navigate change and maximize value in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.
