Jefferson Tea brings over 25 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, with expertise spanning Research & Development, Medical Affairs, Marketing & Sales, Patient Services, and Market Access.
Throughout his career, Jefferson has held several leadership roles within the biopharma sector, working at both the Canadian and global levels. He holds a PhD in Pharmacology and an MBA from the University of Montreal, along with advanced executive leadership training from the Rotman Business School (University of Toronto), AdMare BioInnovations Executive Institute (Vancouver), and Columbia University Executive Institute (New York).
Jefferson also serves as a Board Member for CATALIS, a non-profit organization focused on optimizing clinical research, and as an advisor for Clinical Trials Ontario, CADTH (Canadian Agency for Drugs and Technologies in Health), PAAB (Pharmaceutical Advertising Advisory Board), and the Rotman Business School. His vast experience, strategic insight, and dedication to advancing healthcare are central to our agency’s mission of delivering impactful solutions in the biopharma sector.
