Our work includes accredited and non-accredited medical education, live and virtual healthcare professional events, advisory boards, digital learning experiences, patient education, strategy development, training programs, content development, and event technology support. We bring together medical, strategic, creative, and digital expertise to help our clients communicate complex healthcare information clearly and effectively.

About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing & Digital Coordinator to join the Agilis Health team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who is curious, organized, tech-comfortable, and excited to build hands-on experience across digital marketing, event marketing, marketing automation, content creation, and analytics.

Reporting to the Director of Digital and Marketing Operations, this role will support the planning, setup, execution, and reporting of marketing programs for client-facing healthcare education events and internal business development initiatives.

This is an entry level role, but we are looking for someone who is eager to learn, take initiative, and grow into owning projects after initial training and ramp-up.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will support a wide range of marketing and event-related activities, including:

  • Manage the end-to-end setup and implementation of marketing automation workflows for in-person, virtual, and hybrid client events.

  • Build and update email templates, invitation programs, reminders, follow-ups, and event communications.

  • Create and maintain event landing pages, microsites, registration forms, and related digital assets.

  • Support registration management, attendee tracking, data cleanup, and reporting.

  • Prepare event analytics and performance summaries for senior management, medical education teams, and project leads.

  • Support onsite and virtual event delivery, including event platform setup, attendee communications, troubleshooting, and post-event follow-up.

  • Assist with light graphic design for digital assets, social posts, email headers, event materials, and presentations.

  • Draft and edit marketing copy for emails, landing pages, social posts, event descriptions, and promotional materials.

  • Support CRM data management, segmentation, list building, and campaign tracking.

  • Assist with paid advertising and social media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X/Twitter.

  • Support basic video editing and short-form content creation.

  • Help maintain and update digital tools, templates, campaign assets, presentations, and marketing documentation.

  • Take on other marketing, digital, and event-related duties as required.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a B2B or B2C marketing role, ideally in healthcare, life sciences, medical education, events, or a related professional services environment.

  • A degree, diploma, or certificate in marketing, communications, business, life sciences, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • A basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including email marketing, landing pages, social media, paid campaigns, web analytics, and campaign reporting.

  • Some exposure to marketing automation, CRM, or campaign management platforms.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple details, deadlines, and moving parts.

  • Clear writing skills and comfort drafting professional, audience-friendly copy.

  • A good eye for layout, design, and brand consistency.

  • Comfort working with data, lists, registration reports, and campaign performance metrics.

  • A self-starter mindset, with the motivation to learn, ask questions, and take ownership.

  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to jump in where needed.

  • Comfort working remotely and collaborating with a distributed team.

Tools and Platforms

Experience with all of these tools is not required, but familiarity with some of the following would be an asset:

  • Zoho One, including Zoho CRM, Campaigns, Sites, Forms, Flow, Automation, Backstage, and landing page tools
